Quay Perth Hotel

Alda Consultants was initially engaged to conduct a feasibility study for the refurbishment of the iconic hotel facing Elizabeth Quay in the heart of the Perth CBD. Louis T Collection was then appointed as the Operator and Alda Consultants was engaged as the Lead Consultant. The project included a total renovation and refurbishment of 80 rooms, removal of the services in the roof to create a roof top bar and renovation of the ground floor lobby and café. A new Co-working space was created on the old ballroom floor.

Quest Apartments Kings Park
Alda Consultants was engaged to conduct a due diligence study for the purchase of the site for Exklusiv which owns the Joondalup Golf Resort and one of Singapore’s major land owner. Alda was then engaged as the Development Manager to prepare the DA for the hotel which was designed to meet the Quest Apartment specification. Subsequently Alda acted as the Superintendent for a Design and Build contract which was performed by Pindan Constructions. The building was designed for modular construction but constructed conventionally using prefabricated components and AFS walls. Quest Apartments Kings Park is 11-storeys, 72 keys.

Luna Maxi Masterplan

Nambeelup Industrial Estate

Alda Consultants was engaged by Malaysian based property developer Law Group to appoint a design team to prepare a masterplan and subdivision plan for an industrial estate on existing agriculture land. A new Outline Development Plan (ODP) was lodged and a Subdivision plan was approved for the first few stages.
