Alda Consultants was engaged by Singapore based Tuan Sing, a prominent SGX listed property developer. As the Development Manager Alda’s role was prepare a development strategy and guide the owners to appoint local design and town planning consultants. Site Infrastructure investigations, retail strategy and masterplan was prepared for the redevelopment of the site.
