Innocell, Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, Hong Kong. Hong Kong’s first highrise MiC project was completed October 2020, 14 months ahead of schedule. It is a 16-storey, 500 bed, 15300 sqm co-living space to accommodate residents involved in startups at HKSTP. Alda provided specialised MiC architectural and structural design advice to the Lead Consultant Leigh & Orange (Architect) from design concept, prototyping to Main Contractor tender stage. Innocell is constructed from steel modules fabricated and supplied by CIMC (Zhuhai, China).
