Alda Consultants was engaged by Ramboll Singapore to design and provide specialist modular architectural consultancy for a prototype of a 28 Storey apartment in Kwasa, Kuala Lumpur. This is a unique a concrete modular system using the patented Candle Loc connection developed by Imax Modular SG. The prototype is a 4-storey in height and replicates the lower, mid and high floors of the tower.
