Submission for In-Principal approval by BCA Singapore for 40 storey high rise concrete modular system using the patented Candle-loc connection system developed by Imax Modular. The fabrication of the system involved robotic assembly of 3-D concrete panels by bolting. All blind connections are completed without entering the modules and without external access from the façade. The advantage is that the façade can be installed in the factory and not on site.
