Development of patented concrete modular systems for high rise construction in Malaysia using the Candle Loc connection system developed by Imax Modular. This system has undergone fire test by Sirim Malaysia and a 5 storey prototype constructed in Kuala Lumpur. A full structural design and DfMA study was carried out for a 40 Storey building as a case study.
